Salam buat kawan yang udah mau nyempetin baca ini ^_^ ..
Aku nulis ini Cuma sebagai tambahan buat kawan” aja ni ..
Sebelumnya aku dapet informasi ini dari usztad (tapi map yaa, aku lupa namanya)
Cantik menurut Islam itu ada 4 cara yang dapat kita terapkan dan simple koq ngejalaninnya ..
Kesatu, ada cara buat kita biar kita tetap kelihatan cantik dan ga gampang jerawatan lohh ..
Yaitu kita cukup ngebersihkan muka kita min 5 kali sehari dengan AIR WUDHU sebelum shalat wajib, kalau ditambah shalat sunnah lainnya lebih baik lagi tuh ..
Kenapa aku bisa bilang kayak gini, hal ini udah aku buktiin selama 3 bulan (ini beneran fakta loh)
Sewaktu aku datang bulan aku kan ga shalat dan ga berwudhu tuh, aku Cuma cuci muka saat aku mandi pagi dan sore aja, akibatnya jerawat malah mudah muncul daripada disaat aku dapat shalat 5 waktu ..
Selain itu berwudhu dapat ngebuat wajah kita” jadi kelihatan bersih bersinar daripada memakai bedak semahal atau sebagus apapun. Selain ngelaksanain kewajiban kita juga dapet bonus gratis istilahnya ..
Yang kedua yaitu mengenai pelembab wajah, satu hal juga yang sangat simple bagi kita buat ngelembapin wajah adalah TERSENYUM ..
Senyum faktanya hanya menggunakan otot lebih sedikit daripada kita cemberut, pernah denger juga kan istilah, “kalau cemberut mulu cepet tua lohh”, istilah itu emang bener loh ternyata ..
Tapi senyumlah dengan senyuman ikhlas yang berasal dari hati kita, percuma kalau senyum kita hanya sebagai topeng, dan kalau kita bisa senyum ikhlas kita juga ga akan dianggap jutek sama orang yang melihat kita ..
Oia, tapi senyumnya juga jangan berlebihan yah, ntar malah dianggap orang gila lagi senyum” ga jelas (hahaha) ..
Lagian apa salahnya juga tersenyum, malah akan terlihat manis kalau kita bisa tersennyum ..
Yang ketiga yaitu Agar bibir kelihatan cantik,
Caranya juga mudah koq, setiap kita habis shalat jangan lupa iringi dengan mengingat dan memuja Allah SWT dan kita juga jangan lupa menambahkan shalawat kepada Nabi kita SAW yahh ..
Selain dapat pahala dan menenangkan pikiran, bonusnya juga menggiurkan kan ..
Jadi apa salahnya, walaupun hanya beberapa menit sehabis kita Shalat, kita menyempatkan melakukannya, mudah kan, oia lebih bagus lagi kalau misalnya kita lagi dijalan dan bingung mau ngelakukan apa, berzikir aja juga lumayan tuhh ..
Yang terakhir yaitu, agar tubuh kita langsing dan sehat alami, caranya mudah ..
Bisa ditebak kan ….
Yupzzz, bener banget,, dengan PUASA Senin-Kamis aja secara teratur di jamin kita bisa sekalian program diet sekaligus menyehatkan badan koq, faktanya puasa juga udah banyak kan ..
Hhmmm, tapi jangan lupa yahh, arti penting dari puasa itu sendiri, kalau saat berbuka juga jangan berlebihan, agar perut kita ga mual ..
Apalagi kalau kita menambah puasa-puasa sunnah lainnya lebih manjur lagi tuhh ..
Nahh, kalau kita bisa iringi keempat pokok ini saja Insya Allah manfaat yang didapat ga bakal nyesel koq, selain Insya Allah pahala bertambah, kita juga bisa cantik tanpa obat”an atau kosetik yang mahal ..
Iyaaa kann ?????? ^_^
Tapi jangan lupa juga walaupun sedikit kita jangan lupa berolahraga, olahraga yang gampang, yaaa, jalan kaki aja cukup koq, atau kita bisa olahraga dengan berbenah rumah atau hanya sekedar masak bisa jadi olahraga yang bermanfaat kan ..
Hhe, semoga tulisanku ini bisa bermanfaat walaupun sedkit yahh …
